I confirm that I have paid a one-time charge of $4.95 (USD) for a multi-state record report. I agree that my multi-state record purchase shall be governed by the Multi-State Vehicle Search "Terms of Use" provided by Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), www.add123.com.

If you purchased a multi-state record report, and are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is submitted in writing using the “Refund Policy” process below.
  • Your refund is requested with 30 days of purchase.
  • You have not, nor has any member of your family, received a refund from ADD within the last 12 months.
