ADD is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. ADD will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. ADD collects information from its users at several different points on its website.


In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, address, telephone number, and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Users requesting access to Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) records must also indicate which provision of the DPPA entitles them to view the sensitive driver license and vehicle data provided through ADD.


A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the ADD website.

This cookie acts as a means to authenticate a user during their session. Once the user closes the browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on the ADD website, the user would not have to enter a password more than once per session, thereby saving time. If a user rejects the cookie, the user may not use the ADD website.

Log Files

ADD uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. ADD tracks each individual motor vehicle and driver license transaction. This information will only be shared with the companies who initiated the transactions and any law enforcement or governmental auditing agencies who are entitled to view our logs by law.


ADD uses a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

ADD partners with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, ADD will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

From time to time, ADD requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose the requested information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on ADD’s security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, ADD’s employees are notified and/or reminded of the importance ADD places on privacy, and what each employee can do to ensure ADD customers’ information is protected. Site and Service Updates

ADD also sends the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. ADD communicates with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as a zip code), or if a user no longer desires ADD’s services, ADD will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove personal data provided to ADD by the user. This request can be made via a written letter, by telephone, or by emailing our Customer Support.

Notification of Changes

If ADD changes its privacy policy, ADD will post those changes on its homepage so users are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is disclosed.
