If you purchased a NMVTIS Vehicle History report, and are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your request is submitted in writing using the Refund Policy process below.
- Your refund is requested with 30 days of purchase.
- You have not, nor has any member of your family, received a refund from ADD within the last 12 months.
Below is the information that you will need to begin a refund request:
- Date of transaction
- VIN of the record purchased
- Email address
- Phone number
- Payment type (Master Card, Visa, PayPal, etc.)
- Last 4 digits of credit card, or PayPal transaction ID
- A brief explanation why you are requesting a refund
