On the Road Again!
for WreckersAuto Data Direct’s tow experts were in Tampa in February to offer a training session on ‘everything tow’ to its customers and staff members of the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Office. Cheryl Harrell, ADD’s customer service manager and guru on state and federal requirements, demonstrated how easy it is to comply with regulations and efficiently complete business transactions using ADD’s suite of web-based tools. Topics included the proper steps for notification of claim of lien on towed vehicles and National Motor Vehicle Title System (NMVTIS) reporting requirements. The highly interactive session allowed tow operators and tax collector staff to ask questions and share information with each other to gain a better understanding of how private industry and government can best work together to get paperwork processed correctly and effectively.
